Gazprom-RusVelo announces a multi-year partnership deal with LOOK Cycle and CORIMA Wheels.
The team will deploy the exceptionally stiff and reactive 795 Blade RS Pro Team, the ultralight 785 Huez RS Pro Team, and the ultra-stiff, fully integrated 796 Monoblade Pro Team for time trial stages. The bikes will be fitted with LOOK KEO BLADE Cromoly and TI pedals and feature wheels from CORIMA's aerodynamic, carbon MCC and WS ranges.
General Manager of Gazprom-RusVelo Renat Khamidulin on a new team partner: "First of all, I would like to thank Сolnago on whose bicycles we have competed for nine seasons. It was not just a sponsorship contract, but also a warm friendship and close work with maestro Ernesto Colnago. Now it's time for a new chapter in the history of our team, and we are glad that next season we will be competing on the bicycles of the world-known French manufacturer — LOOK. This change adds motivation to each of us. We have already started working together with LOOK and I am certain that it will be a beneficial collaboration and we will achieve great results together".
Sponsoring Manager of LOOK Cycle Raphael Jeune said: "LOOK Cycle Group and Corima wheels are proud to announce a partnership with Gazprom-RusVelo, a team competing within the UCI ProTeam category. Having been pedal partner since the creation of Gazprom-RusVelo and sharing the same objectives and ambitions, it only feels natural that the two entities have come together to create a history based on performance. Our goal is to make our colors shine throughout the world".
